What does a call involve?

We want the chance to provide more info about VA, our programs and schedule a time to meet you in person.

I don't have much training experience, is this for me?

Absolutely! We have members of ALL levels and the Prep Course is designed to meet you at your current abilities.

I already have CrossFit experience, do I need to fill out the form?

Our job is to help you continually evolve as an athlete and that means knowing where you're at now. We can discuss getting you in a regular group class over the phone.
